We understand that you may not wish to have the package contents announced to your neighbors. For that reason, we provide very discrete packaging and billing:

Packaging

All orders shipped within the U.S. have nothing on the package to indicate the contents. We even use the name of our parent company: Lakeshore Technology Services for the return address. Depending on the shipping option you select, the product will arrive in a standard USPS Express Mail, Priority Mail packaging or in a plain white tyvek envelope.

For International orders, we are required by Customs to accurately list the contents. Sorry, but there is no way to legally avoid this. Our packaging is still very discrete, but the customs forms do declare the contents.

Billing

Your credit card statement will show only the name of our parent company: Lakeshore Technology or LakeTech depending on how many characters they allow.

Payments made via PayPal will also be billed from Lakeshore Technology.

To make a payment via a Money Order, complete the order process online and select Check/Money Order as the payment method. You will be provided with the total cost including shipping and the correct address to send the Money Order to.
